All races are by CLOCKING ORDER.Prizes shown below based upon 2,000 birds activated. 375 Mile Final Race 1st $25,000 2nd $19,000 3rd $18,000 4th $17,000 5th $16,000 6th $15,000 7th $14,000 8th $13,000 9th $12,000 10th $11,000 11-20th $4,000 ea 21-30th $3,000 ea 31-40th $2,000 ea 41-50th $1,000 ea 51-100 $500 ea AVG SPEED 1st $11,000 2nd $10,000 3rd $9,000 4th $8,000 5th $7,000 6th $6,000 7th $5,000 8th $4,000 9th $3,000 10th $2,000 UNLIMITED PICK BIRDS on the 250, 300, and 375 mile final race paid out 50/30/10 to the first 3 birds to clock entered in that category. For example, if 1,000 birds are entered on the 250 mile race then their will be $100,000 added to the race for those entered in that category and first three birds will earn $50,000, $30,000, $10,000, 10% retained by the Apple Cup. On the 375 mile races, the prizes will be awarded to the top 10% of the birds shipped to those races, if more than 1,000 pigeons shipped to the final race only the top 100 pigeons will be eligible for prizes. This is done so that the prizes do not get stretched out too thin on the final race. 12.5% will be deducted from all capital for expenses, 10% on pick birds. |
